Accepted payment methods:

• direct debit: If you choose direct debit when ordering in writing, this also applies to every further order.

• Paypal:You pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal. You must be registered there (or register first), log in and confirm the payment order to us. You'll get more information during the ordering process.

• Direct bank transfer:You pay the invoice amount by bank transfer to our account. The bank details will be displayed to you after the order and also sent by e-mail.

The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.

Shipping:

The shipping within Germany Austria isfor freefrom an order value of 100 EUR.

For orders below this order value, a flat rate of 6.90 EUR shipping costs apply.

For deliveries to other EU countries, the shipping costs vary - information on request.

The dispatch takes place with DPD, or with larger parts by forwarding agency, deliveries to packing stations are not possible.

We usually deliver within one working day from contract confirmation, plus the transport time of 24 - 48 hours, in the case of forwarding deliveries up to one week. If partial deliveries are required for faster processing, you will of course not incur any additional costs. In the case of advance payment, the delivery period is extended until receipt of payment.
